We are a boutique HR consultancy with a specialisation in Change Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Integration, TUPE and Senior HR support.

My name is Paul Feldman the owner of Progressive HR Solutions. I have over 17 years HR experience spanning various industries, including Technology, Data Analytics, Publishing, Financial Services, Legal, Scientific, Sales, Marketing & Retail working within the Private, Not for Profit and Public Sectors.

Having worked for large global organisations and smaller ones, when a business allows a HR professional to be fully immersed in the business and act as a trusted advisor, mentor and coach, the added value to the business can be limitless.

HR has an important administrative and governance role to play. However, the added value of HR as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders in being able to get the best out of their people often remains underutilised.
